Ruide Cao

Ruide Cao is Vice President and Executive Deputy Head of Affairs at GIE (Generative Interactive Entertainment), co-leading the Affairs Department together with Head of Affairs Dongyang Mao. He takes on the day-to-day management of the Affairs Department, coordinating internal operations, cross-project collaboration, and execution close-out, making the Affairs Department a backbone that supports the company's efficient operation.

As Executive Deputy Head of Affairs, Ruide has built and continually refined the cadence-management and execution mechanisms within the Affairs Department, focusing on the balance between frontline response speed, risk anticipation, and coordination efficiency. Across multiple critical assignments, he has held the line at the brink and steadied the structure on the verge of falling, restoring overall order at junctures of disarray or heightened risk and driving items through to completion, keeping the company supported by a reliable execution foundation at every pivotal moment.

Before joining GIE, Ruide worked extensively in municipal road and transportation design, interpreting urban development and infrastructure construction at a broader scale, accumulating substantial and reliable urban-design data, and coming to understand the visions for ideal urban development held by people from different walks of life.

He has long practiced virtual scene construction and rendering production, with a hands-on understanding of the visual communication workflow in the frontline architectural industry, which enables him, in cross-functional collaboration, to grasp the requests of art and design colleagues from the perspective of space and image while channeling an engineered execution cadence into the coordination of affairs.

Ruide holds a Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture from the Department of Urban and Rural Planning, School of Architecture and Art, Hefei University of Technology. He extends his long-standing observation of cities and spaces into daily work, channeling his understanding of order and scale into the practice of affairs management at GIE.
