Yiyang Dong is Vice President and Head of the Customer Relations Department at GIE (Generative Interactive Entertainment), reporting to CEO Shengyao Xiao. He chairs the work of the Customer Relations Department, coordinating new-media content planning and operations, brand visual content, short-video creative production, and data-driven operations optimization, and building the content and communication channels connecting the company with its users and partners.

As head of the Customer Relations Department, Yiyang oversees content-asset management and cross-platform distribution, focuses on the engineering application of AI tools throughout the content production pipeline, and continually refines creative strategy and operational cadence through data analysis, ensuring consistency and expressive strength of the brand narrative across channels.

Before joining GIE, Yiyang built up work experience spanning financial support and content communication. In his earlier years within trust and securities environments, he took part in business support, business coordination, document organization, client communication, and industry-information aggregation, forming a systematic understanding of standardized processes, information judgment, and collaborative communication. His focus then gradually extended toward self-media and new-media content, where he continued to lead and contribute to topic planning, content organization, video processing, and platform operations, leveraging assistive creative methods in daily practice to improve the efficiency and completeness of content production. This cross-disciplinary experience has built a strong connective capability across information processing, audience understanding, and content expression, and shaped a working style that is both prudent and execution-driven. Overall, his experience can be summarized as the ability to deliver support, coordination, and communication-related work across diverse business scenarios.

Yiyang holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Marketing and Communications, an academic background that builds a systematic bridge across user insight, information analysis, and brand communication.
