Mingjian Liu

Mingjian Liu is Vice President and Head of the Administration & Logistics Department at GIE (Generative Interactive Entertainment), reporting to Head of Affairs Dongyang Mao. He chairs the work of the Administration & Logistics Department, overseeing the company's workplace and facilities operations, full life-cycle management of equipment assets, and the systems for physical security, emergency response, and business continuity, providing a stable, safe, and predictable operational foundation across business units.

As head of the Administration & Logistics Department, Mingjian has built and continually refined standard procedures spanning daily facility operations, equipment maintenance and on-site hardware deployment, asset inventory and life-cycle tracking, physical-security patrols and emergency-response playbooks, and mobility scheduling, focusing on the balance between frontline response time, risk control, and service experience, and keeping every site, piece of equipment, and trip at GIE in a controlled and reliable state.

Before joining GIE, Mingjian worked extensively in mechanical engineering and on-site operations, covering the diagnostics, repair, and maintenance of vehicles and mechanical systems as well as the field deployment and installation of hardware equipment, accumulating broad experience in fault identification and on-site handling, with a hands-on understanding of equipment life-cycle management and reliability engineering.

Mingjian has built sustained hands-on experience across mechanical engineering and on-site operations, bringing a steadfast commitment to reliability and a grounded professional attitude into GIE. Outside of work, he is passionate about the outdoors and automotive culture, channeling his observation of equipment and on-site environments into his daily work.
